Fire Hydrant Party pt1
Finn attended his first authentic New York hydrant party in Park Slope. Unlike the old days when New Yorkers would untap the hydrant illegally now the city will come out and fit a special low flow valve (a valve with holes randomly drilled in it) if your block plans a party.
